  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or tested.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
