Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Services

  • Free Standard Delivery (1–3 Working Days) via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all UK orders.

  • Tracking details will be sent by email so you can follow your parcel’s progress online.

  • Express Delivery (Optional): You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Next-Day Courier Service at checkout for faster delivery (additional charges apply).

Local Collection

Free local collection is available from our Enfield warehouse — please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time.

Delivery Delays

While most parcels arrive within 48 hours, please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods or in the event of courier delays.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if there’s any unexpected delay.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
